23Fifteen is an agency that is committed to providing high-quality care and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities such as autism, down syndrome, and cerebral palsy. We provide a wide range of services that are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. We provide 24-hour-a-day, non-medical care and supervision to clients ages 18-59 or any person 60 years of age or older under specified requirements.

The agency’s team of experienced professionals works closely with each resident to ensure that they receive the highest level of care possible. This includes providing individualized support in all areas of daily living, such as meal planning and preparation, personal hygiene, medication management, and more.
